Our Story
We, Nino and Tema, started New World Painting shortly after starting our family together. We’ve watched both grow over the years and we couldn’t be more proud of both our family and our business!
Who we are
Having spent his childhood learning wood working and carpentry from his father, Nino brought his skills from his youth in the Dominican Republic to New World Painting and Anne Arundel County. Nino takes pride in his craftsmanship and creativity and ensures that every job is a job well done.
Tema grew up in Annapolis and met Nino as a Peace Corps Volunteer in a rural village in the Dominican Republic where she was working on community development programs. In addition to working with Nino at New World Painting, Tema teaches English as a second language to high school students.
