New World Painting, LLC is a family owned business.  When we provide your free estimate you will deal directly with the owners of the company, Nino and Tema Encarnacion.  You may even see our oldest son on a job site as well. 

Nino Encarnacion has worked in home improvement since he was a little boy working alongside his father in the Dominican Republic.  When he came to the U.S. he worked in local companies prior to starting his own business.  He has worked hard in making New World Painting a strong business. 

Tema Encarnacion is an Annapolis native.  Prior to going to the Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic, she studied in Washington, DC and completed a Master's program in Baltimore.  Her home improvement experience started in the Dominican Republic where she headed up a sanitation project and organic agriculture projects.

Nino and Tema have three children, Bismark, Nina and Jonas.
